Hi, I’m Alyssa, though I also go by Lia (you’ll see both names here).

I’m a licensed psychotherapist, published writer, and the founder of Alyssa Marie Wellness, based in Los Angeles, CA. With a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Cal Poly Pomona and a Master’s in Social Work from USC (Fight On ✌︎), my work blends clinical expertise, cultural insight, and a deep belief in the human capacity to heal.

At the core of everything I do is my belief that healing happens in safe spaces where people feel seen, heard, and reminded of their worth.
